TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDERS / INQUIRIES:

  1. No minimum order requires.
  2. Orders / inquiries may be sent by using our ORDER FORM available on all products details page, EMAIL or the following fax number: +62-361-483478.
  3. Once we receive your order / inquiries, we will send you quotation by fax or email. Product Prices are quoted ex-factory.
  4. So we may provide a quotation for the shipping of your order we request you advise us of the following details:
    1. The transit method you require (Air Freight / Air Cargo / Sea Freight LCL / Sea Freight FCL )
    2. The nearest airport / seaport or to your location.
  5. The price we quote for shipping are Bali's Book rates. (this is the premium price) however please note that closer to the date of shipping we renegotiate the price with the shipping companies in order to find a better deal...these prices different due to volumes of a ship may be carrying to your destination ...99% of the time we are able to secure a better rate than that of the Book rate, this new rate is never in excess of the original quoted price and passed onto you, the customer.
  6. The shipping prices quoted are all inclusive CIF (land transport, packing, handling and all documentation required for the shipment to exit Indonesia or as request.

PACKING:

  1. Packing of both individual (one-off) and bulk (container) purchases.
  2. For handicraft products, the items are wrapped in plastic or bubble wrap then packed into cardboard boxes or (depending on the fragility of the item) a wooden crate. Larger items i.e. furniture etc is individually wrapped in foam sheet and then Kraft corrugated cardboard for protection. Fragile large products (ceramic pots, stone products etc.) are wrapped and then a wooden frame is constructed to hold and protect the object during shipment. Silica Gel sachets are added to all packed products.

DOCUMENTATION:
Handling of all the cargo arrangements includes taking care of all the relevant official export documentation required by the Indonesian authorities (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Customs Clearances etc.) This is included in the shipping cost and is quoted separately to the Product Prices.

INSURANCE:
Insurance is available from Bali @ 3% of the product total, and is provided by our shipping company in case of damage in transit. Otherwise we suggest you talk with your personal insurance broker and request short term cover on your existing policies for the value and duration of your shipment.

PAYMENT TERMS:

  1. All prices quoted in US Dollars.
  2. At confirmation of order we request a deposit of 50% of the Product Total
  3. Paid via Bank Transfer, including bank charges.
  4. We will provide you with our banking information.
  5. When your order is ready for shipment we request the final 50% product payment and 100% of the shipping fee.
  6. When your funds have cleared our account the final documentation is completed and the goods exit Indonesia .Please note that the documentation will take 7 - 10 days to be released from the Indonesian Chamber of commerce after the Shipment has left Indonesia. This is normal .The original documents when released, are then forwarded to you or your broker / agent via FedEx or DHL at our expense to facilitate processing at your locale while the container is in transit.
  7. Customs clearance, duties and transport charges in the destination country are your responsibility.
